Using the App

The App is free to use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial study.

Your account

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not copy, redistribute, or resell the App or its content beyond what these Terms and applicable law allow.

Content and translations

The Bible translations included in the App are public domain or freely licensed texts. Summaries, trivia, games, and other original materials are owned by Codeus, Inc. Study materials are provided for educational purposes and are not a substitute for your own reading of Scripture or the guidance of your church community.

Donations

The App is free and will remain free. Any support you choose to give is a voluntary donation, is not a purchase of features, and is generally non-refundable.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codeus, Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. We may suspend or end access to the App if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
